They refuse to give me a refund for Ea play

I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there.
When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game.
So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke  with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me.
When I said I was going to make a complaint, she closed the chat and didn't say anything to me.
