Hey @mata6161 have you checked to see if your account is already linked to another EA account?

  • @EA_Darko it was linked to a different ea account and i changed it to my ea account but it does not let me play the game. After that i tried to link xbox account with a third ea account through ea profile connections page. Then link button for xbox account appeared for my other account and again i tried to link first ea account with my xbox account. When i link accounts, the connections tab does not show the linked account, xbox information disappears, but when i link with the other account, i can see the link button for the first account.

    Hey @mata6161 you can't link multiple Gamertags to the same account.

    You can only have one in the lifetime.

  • I am not trying to link multiple accounts at the same time, i say that i cannot see my gamertag when i link my ea account. When i press manage EA link as shown in the attached figure, it directs me to the ea help page. How can i see the linked ea account to my xbox account then?

  • When i try to login ea play app through my xbox account that i try to link, it says an account already exist as shown in the attached figure. When i continue the process, it does not link my xbox account and ea account. This already existing account is already my xbox account that i try to link

  • Also when i try to download an ea game through xbox app, it asks me login ea app and when i try to login i get this error. I resetted my ea account password but the problem still exist.

    There ios no need to post multiple times in a row @mata6161.

    Hey @mata6161 you can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product EA app

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat

  • Hello,

    I contacted with EA live support and they unlinked my old gamertag from my EA account and linked the new gamertag and my problem solved, thank you.
