Hey there @ID_M_IDK_1,

Let's give the following steps a try:

  • Use a different payment method
  • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
  • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
  • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

If you still have issues once you've run through these steps, we'll need the live support team to investigate into this a bit further, as we don't have access to review your account details here on the forums. Live support can look into your account and see what's causing this transaction to get stuck, you can contact the team by submitting a help request on the site here

    I tried all of this except the removing payment method because I never could add one.

    @ID_M_IDK_1 

    In that case I'd recommend you go ahead and reach out to live support so they can look over your account and billing details with you further to see what's causing this error- on the site here, you'll select EA app as the product, then Manage my membership-> I want to update the payment method for my EA Play membership and you'll see the current available contact options.

    They couldn't solve my problem and stated that my account is fine.

  • Live in Bahrain, everytime I put Bahrain it wouldn't work, then when I changed it to Saudia Arabia, started finally working.
