So I made my EA account by clicking the xbox button and using my Xbox account to create my EA one. I've also tried unlinking and linking my xbox account and it still seems to not work. Do you have any other ideas on how to fix this?
Community Manager@Benjones264 When you log into EA.com, under connections, do you see the Xbox Gamertag you use linked to the EA account itself?
If it still says to purchase it, it sounds like its the wrong sub but we cant see your Xbox subs only EA Play subs. Being that it is Game Pass and not EA Play directly, got to make sure everything is linked correctly, and the right sub for Xbox was purchased on the right linked accounts.
I have fixed it. I cancelled the subscription and resubed.

I have a similar problem being I already owned game pass and had it linked to my ea app and literally played for the past two weeks and the sub ended and i had to renew it. After i renewed the sub on gamepass the ea app doesnt recognise i have it anymore and i cant access the game i played before while its still installed on my pc. Tried relogging and also delinking the xbox platform account and linking it again but it didnt fix the issue still.
Just happened to me as well, yesterday I was playing just fine, my monthly fee was paid and I tried to log in today and play some nfs unbound. Not working, due to no active subscription..
I have the same issue since today. EA Play is not working with Game Pass
This might be a possible fix. Cant check now.. If you delete the ea app and then install it through the xbox pc app again it might work?

It seems like EA is having some issues. Yesterday, I was still playing Jedi Survivor from EA Play through my PC Game Pass subscription, and now, despite trying various methods for over an hour, I still canโt play any games from EA Play.
Same issue here. Have Game pass ultimate and cant play any games on ea app. Im playing on pc. Was just fine yesterday
