Hey @sCervar when making a case you will often be presented with the best contact option for your issue, if you are seeing chat then I would recommend opening a chat case and waiting for our team to respond.

    @EA_Darko OK. But how long waiting for respond is "normal"? Few minutes? Few hours? I waited long enough but no respond at all...
  • This is realy waste of time. Game is piece (fifa) of crap... but worse of that is ea support. Paying money for game or supscription is simple robbery...
