Not able to finish checkout for EA Pro
I'm so frustrated with EA support. So i verified my student status with Student beans website and they have a link to EA for a student discount so I wanted to purchase it. However it didn't work out I get to the official site where it clearly shows that there is a promotion active that ends November 19 we are not there yet so then the discount should work. Yet it do not work so i figure maybe its a issue with my email being with the wife name so made new account with my own email matching my name issue still there. both time i contact EA help and do the useless chat! one rep says its a known issue and will be solved soon they are working on it the other rep says that the image I share isn't the official EA site which it clearly is in the image. This is clearly illegal false advertisement and just straight up foolishness multiple reps all different stories this use of chat only for support is BS since the reps can just end the chat and force you to start a new one over and over if they do not know a answer I had to start a chat a total of 17 time with absolutely no help and its ridiculous.

The Student Beans support email from Joshua Torio confirms that the EA offer is real and currently active, clarifying that EA controls the terms and pricing, not Student Beans. This means the offer is genuine and originates from EA itself, not a third-party reseller.
EA Support Contradictions:
My transcripts show two different EA agents giving conflicting statements: Agent Vasu (Oct 18, 2025) admitted: “The issue you are facing is something we’re already aware of… We’re receiving similar reports from other players around the globe.” transcript (14): This confirms EA is aware of a technical problem where the discount isn’t applying at checkout.
Agent Holison (Oct 28, 2025) incorrectly stated that the promotion was not from the EA website despite acknowledging the screenshot you provided. transcript (17) : This contradiction shows internal miscommunication between EA’s front-line and promotions teams.
