Hi @iluminatethesky I have just spoken to PlayStation's team and they mentioned that EA would have to cancel my EA Play subscription, in order to allow me buy the game.
I have cancelled the subscription on my PS5, however it is still valid for the coming weeks. How can I cancel my EA Play subscription right now, so I can buy the FIFA 21?

You would need to reach out to EA Support via Live Chat, so they can look into your Account.

They should be able to assist you with this, unfortunately we cant handle account related issues on the Forums.
Hope this gets resolved for you, and you're able to purchase FIFA 21.

Community ManagerHey @FCTBR, I'm not sure where they are getting that information from.
With an active EA Play membership, you should still be able to purchase games that are included with EA Play and receive a 10% discount. I tested this just now and was able to purchase FIFA 21 on an account with an active EA Play membership.
If there is an issue with EA Play and purchasing on PSN then this is something that PSN support should be able to assist with as our live support team has no access to the PSN store or purchases through it.
I would recommend speaking with PSN support again and explaining the situation.
