If you're not able to access your membership in the EA app, please clear your cache with the steps here, let me know if you can access EA Play then. 

i already clear the cache but still it didn't show me my membership

If you look over the order history on your EA account, does the transaction for EA Play show as failed, processing or completed? 

@EA_Solaire the status says failed and it's also being ordered, and already deducted my money in PayPal
