Sorry you’re having problems my friend.

EA play is tied to the account you used to purchase it with which means you can play using any device that uses Windows, so your laptop should be just fine.

As long as you log in to your EA account on Origin or EA Desktop then you should have full access to EA Play providing it’s the same account you purchased EA Play with.

Check to make sure you’re logging into the correct account that has EA Play active.
If you purchased it from Origin then you can only use it on Origin/EA Desktop, if you purchased it on Steam then you can only use it with your Steam account.
