Re: EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

Hello, I have purchased Ea Play Pro for a month to try BF6 early, it was alright. When I took the night off and woke up, my Monthly subscription was cancelled. It says it is a payment failure but I have called my bank to confirm that the payment went through. The support is not helping so I have decided to put it here. I either need my 16.99 usd returned or my subscription reactivated. This is very unprofessional.
