So i clicked on https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/, selected "EA play" then "PC" but i cant find the topic that includes refunds. Which one is it?

Hi @Yeos_Man,
The categories available are limited somewhat. There isn't a refund category to select there as refunds aren't available for EA Play subscriptions aside from the rare exception. For now, select an option like 'Orders' or 'Manage my membership' and when speaking to the agent provide additional context. The agent will then review your case to see if you meet the criteria for a refund.

Oh and also how do i make it so the payment for the membership isn't recurring?
u dumb or somthing ? we asked for a refund . wtf would anyone cancel a membership if it doesnt work right. and cancelling will not give a refund !!! its easy to say cancelling is easy.
