    I already mention that but you still send me the same link, It does not offer any option for me to get in touch with an advisor. You are not being helpful.

    How to open a case here?
    Why is everything so complicated??
    Why there is no one to help in Turkish even you do sell in Turkey???

    I can see you have a case open already. Please wait for an advisor to respond. Unfortunately, we do not have support in Turkish.

    Yup nice to get in touch with an so called advisor...  and this is the message I got:

    I really dont know what to say. You are the only person I can contact with and you cant solve my problem or help me in a way. 

    The worst decision of my life was getting involved with EA. 

    There is no customer service, no communication, no solution, no language support – in a word, it's a disaster.
