I already mention that but you still send me the same link, It does not offer any option for me to get in touch with an advisor. You are not being helpful.

I can see you have a case open already. Please wait for an advisor to respond. Unfortunately, we do not have support in Turkish.
Yup nice to get in touch with an so called advisor... and this is the message I got:
Hi UNKNOWN,
We’re sorry to keep you waiting. We know it’s frustrating when you have a problem and need help.
We'll email you and update your My Cases page as soon as we have new info.

I really dont know what to say. You are the only person I can contact with and you cant solve my problem or help me in a way.The worst decision of my life was getting involved with EA.
There is no customer service, no communication, no solution, no language support – in a word, it's a disaster.
Did you ever find an email or phone number?
