Did you change the time/region of your console to New Zealand? If so, that won't work. You can try setting your region and clock back to your local area/time, but there is no guarantee this will grant the trial time back.
I Am on pc and have standard edition with ea play still didnt get it... 0 minutes of trial, it didnt even show me that i will have a trial

i purchased ea fc 25 and got ea play and the trial keeps saying that it has expired even though I haven’t played yet.

No I haven’t changed my location and it’s still not working.
I'm from Belgium and got the same problem. Ordered the standard edition and bought PlayPro so I can start early. Everytime I try to start the game it says the game hasn't been released. If this is not fixed tody I want a refund for my PlayPro!
