Hello everyone,

I would like to inform you that there was indeed a problem with the Xbox app for Windows regarding EA Play and the inability to claim Dead Space (Remake) through it. However, I am happy to report that this issue has been resolved.

If you are still encountering any difficulties in claiming the game through your EA Play subscription via the Xbox app via Xbox Game Pass, please ensure that you are logged into the correct accounts and that your accounts are properly linked.

    This appears to still be an issue. The page loads but the install button shows the 3 dots continually in a loading state.

    Hi @ColonelTicTac,

    The original issue has been resolved, and this thread will soon be closed. If you're experiencing a similar issue, you can check if reinstalling the Xbox PC app perhaps solves it, or potentially create a new thread.
