Hello, I just installed PvZ Garden Warfare and I didn't have any error. I launched the game perfectly, but I still get the same problem with plants vs zombies.

This has NEVER happened to any of my clients before, but you need to be made aware of this on the "off-chance" that some error may occur.
Please try repairing your game. To do this, click on the game you are having difficulties with, next to the play button should be a manage button. Click on it and select repair. WARNING: It will restart your EA app.
Hope this helps xx 🙂 Believe me I already tried to do that, as well as uninstalling and installing the game multiple times and trying everything the EA guy told me to do.

@Morosuko1 Wanted to follow up on this one. Which PvZ is not connecting?
Is it the first one? Is the GOTY PVZ download that isn't connecting when you launch it? I downloaded this through the Xbox App and I was able to launch it and play with no issues.
