- @AvengerRanger Sorry but that’s not true! I have tried for several months to cancel. They are very misleading and when you click on cancel membership it doesn’t do a dang thing or go anywhere!

Hey @cejarrel what is happening after you cancel membership?
I have not seen reports that there is an issue with canceling?
Darko - @EA_Darko Nothing happens!!!! It goes no where it doesn’t confirm you have canceled either. I have sent messages both to EA and Global payments. NO ANSWERS BACK EITHER.

Hey @cejarrel I just tested it there and it is working as it should for me.
For issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
