Yes, I've seen that you guys replied like this to many people and it is just not helping at all. I've cancelled my montly subscription to Ea Play Pro then you guys renewed it as yearly subscription without my knowledge. This is what I am trying to tell you people. I did not want to subscribe that's why I'm asking for a refund and I think this is pretty exeptional because I did not do anything wrong.
Same case with me, i cancel before the end of the renewal but anyway i was charged for a year of membership.
