@reb0rn2k It depends on your financial institution. When we refund it, we send the notification to them and they process it on their end. We have no real hand in when it hits your bank. These can take about 5-7 business days since weekends don't count as business days. Once it goes past a week, you will need to contact live support as they have a process for refunds that have not been returned like this.
