Re: i have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game

I'm having the same issue. I have been playing for a few weeks now with no issue. Then today the issue started. No changes to my account and I have an active game pass. Only gives me the pop-up when trying to play mut solo or head to head

I'm having the same problem but my gamertag is connected and it still wont let me download it

I Did check my connection it says that I am connected to the right xbox account yet the same issue

Got the same problem here. 
I have the right account on both Xbox and EA but it doesn't work. EA app still ask me to pay.
Pls update EA I just bought the game pass to play EA games ....

Plus I already try to log out and log in... Don't mark as a solution if it is not

Same issue here. I've tried all the cookie-cutter solutions; log out/login 10x, uninstall/re-install twice, unlink/relink accounts, restart EA app, restart my pc, change user permissions. Nothing works. Admins, lets not reply with useless advice like "make sure your accounts are linked" and then mark as solved please. Thanks. 

Even I tried everything possible but when i try to download jedi fallen order or any ea game it opens the ea app and asks me to buy it, i have gamepass ultimate please someone find a solution to it, im missing all major ea titles just cuz of this stupid glitch
