I have the same problem. Turkish PS store, ps5. I bought a monthly EA play subscription to play Dead space, but - surprise - I can’t play it even though it’s included in the subscription. They only offer me to buy the game with a 10% discount. Many other games that were already written about here also became paid. My monthly subscription will end in a week, and I still haven’t played the game for which I bought it (and the other games don’t interest me, or have already been played). I just wasted my money and I can’t even get a refund. This is a shame and another stain on the company's reputation. Such a disregard and indifference towards clients is unacceptable. I declare with full confidence that I will never buy any EA’s game, and that I will never purchase an EA Play subscription again, and I will tell all my friends and other gamers about this situation and encourage them to do the same. I am very upset and angry
