I have the same issue…I cannot get the chat to work and no EA Afvisor has contacted me via email or otherwise.  I’m trying to get 99OVR transferable players I bought in MUT 24 which are nowhere to be found in my binder despite EA claiming that those players would transfer to Madden 25.  I also discovered that I’ve opened about 4,000 packs over past 3 yrs and never got a single loyalty reward.  This is insanity—how can your customers be loyal when you falsely represent you’re going to transfer players and give them loyalty rewards—only to not do those things after take your customer's $.  Then, as a real F U to your loyal customers, EA creates and endless gauntlet for Customer Service that is clearly designed to frustrate and fatigue them until the customer just gives up and goes away.  Coach Madden would NOT want his name strapped

to a company like EA…it’s really sad after playing this game for well over 30 yrs I’m ready to walk away
