    I’ve just bought EA play so that I can get my early access to Fifa 21, but as I’ve downloaded the EA Play app onto my xbox it’s saying ‘whoopsie, it looks like we’ve hit a snag’. I’m confused as to what the problem is because my account has an active Xbox Live and EA Play membership

    Hey. When i try to load up EA play it loads for a while and then says "something went wrong" and I have to redo the loading. I haven't gotten in to the EA play app on ps4 since this morning and i subscribtion is still running. What do I do?

  • Spent £20 for 10 free hours for fifa 21 and this obviously has to happen. What do i need to do to fix it?

    "Whoopsie,  seems like we hit a snag" has my EA play hub been saying for a while after countless reloadings. WHAT DO I DO?

    This was happening to me, just keep pressing try again it will eventually work. Hope this helps

    Do you just keep pressing try again or have to go close all ?

    Hi everyone,

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is currently under investigation. 

    We're currently looking into the issues with the EA Play app not loading up. Thanks for bearing with us while this is under investigation. 

    If you're currently trying to download the FIFA 21 Play First Trial, you should be able to get around this in the meantime by downloading the trial directly from your console's store rather than going through the EA Play app.

  • There is no option in the store for a Fifa 21 trial on xbox?   Please advise where that is found.

  • This says it was being investigated and is marked as solved yet I just subscribed and get the same error, what do I need to do and why take payments for subscriptions if your hub isn’t even working?
