Can't download any EA play games from PS Store (PS4)

Question

A couple days ago I bought a 12 month EA play subscription but when I go to download a game like Jedi Fallen Order it says free when searching for the game but when I click on it, it shows the full price. Some games it does show the download button but when I click it, it just takes me to the page to subscribe to EA play again. How can I fix this?

did you buy the subscription directly on the Playstation or did you buy it on the EA Website? Can you make sure, that you bought it for the correct platform?&nbsp;

It was purchased through the playstation store directly on the PS4.
