Star Wars Squadrons should be available from the release date for EA Play Pro subscribers and they also get exclusive cosmetic items.
As for the Sims Addon I’m not too sure if you get expansions/dlc free other than what is available with the best edition of that game, the rest you get a 10% discount on I believe.
