Refund for EA Play converted into Xbox Game Pass
I first bought EA Play through Xbox (Microsoft Store) at 30$/yr because I thought I would be able to play the games that were included in EA Play. It turns out I absolutely need Xbox Game Pass to play online on the EA games. I then subscribed to Game Pass and my EA Play subscription was immediately cancelled. It seems to me that I should get a refund for my original EA Play subscription for which I paid 30$ since I kind of bought it twice in the end…
@Mathis20092 Any refunds linking to EA Play through the EA app would be discussed with live support and not over the forums. We don't control what is refunded or converted with subscriptions in any way.
Support can only change the sub that is made with the EA app, anything else would be discussed with Xbox as Game Pass is directly through their marketplace and not the EA app itself.
