I recently signed up for EA Pro Play, not realizing its for PC only. I cancelled minutes later after finding out this information. I would just like to know I could be entitled to a refund that's all. I've been waiting in the chat que for about 45 minutes now and would just like an answer.
Im in the same boat. They did not make that clear all they said was if you link your pro account you can get early access now I cant find any way to even request a refund, wonder how many people they robbed of those 16 bucks
It's generally known that you can't get a refund but i'm sure with the 14 days cancellation law, hopefully you can get a refund (:
