    If you've purchased the wrong membership, you can contact live support to help get this cancelled and look into your refund eligibility- this isn't something we can do over the forums with you since we wouldn't have access to your specific account and billing information.

    Please reach out to live support so they can take a look with you by submitting a help request here.
