sims 4 expansion packs?

hey everyone ,

i would like to know if the EA PLAY / PRO subscription including the expansion packs in sims? 

i couldn't find any information regarding my question .

    I paid for EA plus but I’m not seeing neither of the DLC’s for free, they’re still listed for $35. How do I access the DLC’s or is the EA servers just completely messed up?
