This sounds like you had a previously active EA Play membership on your account that's now expired- Get to Work is included with an EA Play membership, and once that EA Play membership expires, you would have lost access to that pack. If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and your Xbox gamertag is linked with your EA account, that's potentially where your EA Play membership has come from as EA Play is included with Game Pass Ultimate as well.
