    Hi @Nor636,

    This sounds like you had a previously active EA Play membership on your account that's now expired- Get to Work is included with an EA Play membership, and once that EA Play membership expires, you would have lost access to that pack. If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and your Xbox gamertag is linked with your EA account, that's potentially where your EA Play membership has come from as EA Play is included with Game Pass Ultimate as well. 

    If you're looking to get a refund processed for your Get to Work purchase, that's something the live support team can look into with you- here on the forums we don't have access to your specific account details to process a refund. Live support can also review your account details with you to verify why you previously had access to Get to Work. Please reach out to the live support team by submitting a help request on the site here so they can review this further with you.
