I paid for an EA Play subscription in steam, but I don't see it on my EA account. What's the problem? And yes my steam account is linked to the ea account i even tried making a new account but its locked to the other ea account for 6 months i think it said, thx
i was optimistic when putting this on this up what with the wall of problems on this fourm and 99% of them are simple problems we pay for a service and expect that service your paid to fix these problems big company like ea should have this figured out and delt with
Community Manager@05f55d3e145bd152 EA Play subscriptions are not cross-platform. If you purchase a subscription on Steam, you can only play them in Steam, and it doesn't transfer over to the EA app and vice versa. That is working as intended.
If you purchased it in Steam, and they are not working in Steam, that would be a separate issue.
