Sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your pack. I am unable to review your pack history logs here on the forums. However, you can try power-cycling your console and then logging back into your account. This may help resync your packs.
If the issue persists or if you would like to check the status of your packs, I recommend reaching out to our live support team on our website. They will review this matter for you.
