Still not receiving EA Play rewards for FIFA 23

I still don't get my EA Play rewards on FIFA23.

The last time this happened EA had to manually add them to my account, can EA help me please.

    Hey @THE_MUD_MONKEY,

    The studio is investigating issues relating to the EA Play rewards for FIFA 23. Hopefully they'll be able to fix this issue soon, but in the meantime I recommend that you reach out to our live support team so they can manually add the EA Play bonuses to your account:

    Please help me, I got purchased ea play at the end of season 6 and I still didn’t claim the rewards

    They can’t add XP now and I haven’t gotten it for 4 SEASONS!! Now they are telling me to wait but there’s 9 days left in this season and I know they aren’t gonna fix it by then…
