Refund Request for EA Play subscription
Hello,
I accidentally purchased the EA Play subscription today and I would like to request a full refund. I have not used any of the included features or played any trial hours yet.
Could you please process a refund to my original payment method and cancel the subscription?

Unfortunately we can't help with refunds here on the forums. While we don't usually offer them for EA Play subscriptions, if you bought it through the EA app you can reach out to our live support team and see what they can do for you. 🙂 If you got it through another platform, I'd recommend reaching out to the respective storefront where you subscribed.
