There was a problem with the purchase but the money was received
The purchase was canceled when purchasing "ea play".
Give this error "That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later"
The money was taken from my card even though the purchase appeared to be unsuccessful

The payment will most likely not go through if the transaction is unsuccessful. It could temporarily show as "pending" on your payment provider's side but it should be returned. I'd suggest first speaking to your payment provider, if you're charged for that, please contact EA Help Support for further assistance.
