Trial problem in different ea play subscriptions

I just purchased the ea play subscription through steam. For FC 24 trial version. However, I am getting an error because I have previously used the trial version that came with my GamePass membership. I paid for ea play for the second time. That's why I want my 10-hour trial period to be activated. otherwise I will cancel.
