Unable to cancel EA PlayPro subscription
I have tried to cancel my EA PlayPro subscription several times, using the option to cancel in my account management, and get a screen that has a 500 error on it every time. I have cleared cache and cookies, I've also tried a different browser, and get the same error. How does one cancel the subscription? There doesn't seem to be any other option, apart from cancelling autopayments within PayPal, which I have now done. The email given as a contact in PayPal doesn't seem to be receiving messages, so I'm not sure how to go about officially cancelling the subscription.
@StarCat70 If the st eps on th EA Play FAQ does not help, you will need to contact support in order for them to take a look at the account and get that canceled for you.
