Unable to contact support for missing EA Play content.
I purchased EA Play through Steam, and have my Steam linked to my EA account. However, I am unable to access any of the rewards or free Madden packs that come with it. How do I get these rewards? I've tried looking for a way to contact EA support or find the Live chat but have been unable.
I can't reply by private message, as I seem to have reached some limit for private messages.
But here are the steps:
Click on the image for your game.
If it's Madden NFL 24 you click that.
Then on top you should have two options to choose from:
-Madden NFL 24 support
-Account support
Click on Madden NFL 24 support.
Then click on see all help topicschoose the category

E-Mail us.When you click that you should be able to create a case.
