Unable to contact support for missing EA Play content.

I purchased EA Play through Steam, and have my Steam linked to my EA account. However, I am unable to access any of the rewards or free Madden packs that come with it. How do I get these rewards? I'v...

    @HayNhat329 

    I can't reply by private message, as I seem to have reached some limit for private messages.

    But here are the steps:

    Click on the image for your game.

    If it's Madden NFL 24 you click that.

    Then on top you should have two options to choose from:
       -Madden NFL 24 support
       -Account support
    Click on Madden NFL 24 support.
    Then click on see all help topics

    choose the category
    missing content

    then the topic
    I'm looking for something I baught

    then under
    I still need help

    there should be the option
    E-Mail us.

    When you click that you should be able to create a case.

    This would be the link when you completed those steps.

    I'm not sure if you can access this link directly or if even with that link it would redirect you to the starting page.

    I hope you will get your issue sorted out quickly.

    From my experience, it might take a day or two before you get a reply from the support.
