Unable to open the game.

When I open the game through the EA Desktop. It will pop up a console which is named compatibility32/EADesktop.exe. And few minutes later. The game crashed. PVZ:Bfn is little bit better. The game window pops up few seconds after the console pop up. But it's a completely black screen. No sound just black. And few minutes later. Game crashed too.

Also I have EAPlay bundled with Xbox Gamepass Ultimate

These are what I already did:

+Reboot

+Repair game

+Repair EADesktop

+Reinstall game

+Reinstall EADesktop

+Run as Administrator

+Use windows 7 compatible mode

+Disable firewall

+Use America vpn

+Use cloudflare warp vpn
