Unable to unlink EA account from Prime Gaming

Hi, I recently purchased Prime Gaming again on this account, and when i went to redeem the rewards, it said it was claimed, but i had not received anything.

I then tried to relink my account, and when i clicked on it, it said that i had another account linked.  i then proceeded to try and unlink that account, but i do not have an EA account with that email, so i cannot unlink it.  

  • Hey @L3312 if you did not link the account yourself then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    Hi @L3312 

    You can only unlink a Prime account from an EA account if you have access to that EA account or if you can verify those EA account details with an adviser. If you have no access and you can't verify then there is nothing more you can do beyond those options.

    If you have linked a Prime account to your EA account previously then you won't be able to link a different Prime account to the same EA account even after unlinking as only one Prime account can be linked to your EA account in it's lifetime, even if it's unlinked (if that makes sense)

    To see what accounts are connected to your EA account sign in here: myaccount.ea.com and go to the Connections tab. You can also unlink your accounts via the Connections tab too.

    Alternatively you can contact a EA adviser and see what they can do.

    Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account and then choose the relevant topic or option and then select an available contact option
