    Unfortunately, we're unable to assist you with refunds here on AHQ. To discuss this further or dispute the charges once again, you will need to contact EA Help Support.

I am having a similar issue, but for the life of me I cannot navigate the purposely confusing website. I cannot access the chat to request help. And when I attempt to create a case, it just takes me back to the help home page. It's getting very frustrating.
