unauthorized subscriptions

I lost access to an email associated with an account that had EA play PRO active, i kept getting unathorized charges from EA play PRO. it happened again today so i tried to change my email again and ...

    Unfortunately, we're unable to assist you with refunds here on AHQ. To discuss this further or dispute the charges once again, you will need to contact EA Help Support.

That's the thing, I did that and they told me they couldn't do anything and told me to post it here

The subscriptions are usually non-refundable as per How to get a refund for EA games

However, in some cases, they might be able to refund. We wouldn't be able to discuss this any further here as this would require some personal information and that has to be discussed directly with EA Help Support.
