"We couldn't find your account info"

Hi I have, a problem with starting the EA application, when I click to start the application, I see the inscription. „We could't find your account info”. I tried to fix it from various tutorials but nothing worked i really need to fix it because i bought star wars fallen order please help me.

    Hey @Deadpool_66281 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product EA app

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

  • I think EA is trying to go out of business. If I can't have unrestricted access to something I've paid for, then EA will no longer get access to my money.

  • @EA_Darko Why are EA app users being kicked out of game sessions when gaming offline? After a short amount of time offline, a pop-up message appears stating some nonsense about an unresolvable stubborn matter occurring and that I need to log into my account. If I try to login while offline the app claims that my account information isn't available...even if I have the 'Remember Me' box checked. Apparently, I'm not the only one having this issue. What is going on?
