"We had some trouble processing your request"
This is definitely something on EA's side.
Every time I try to purchase an EA Play subscription (Doesn't matter which one), it just gives me this generic error and tells me to try again later.
My payment is up to date. I've used it for purchase before. Nothing has changed with my location. This error occurs in both the app, and on a browser, and on a new browser with no cache or browser addons.
I'm just gonna forget about it if I can't get it resolved soon. EA should have a better help system in place if they're going to constantly have issues like this.
