Why is EA not sending verification code to update account security info?
I am attempting to update my account security information because I feel I have been hacked but EA is not responding to my inquires. Instead, EA keeps closing my cases with no support at all. I am asking for support in updating my account security information and asking, yet again, for support on my previous inquiries. Please be advised, the option for me to modify or update ANY information is not possible. System says it is going to send a code to the option I selected. This never happens!
