Wrong email address connected to ea
There’s another email adress on my account and I have no idea what’s email is connected to my ps4 account but it’s not my email adress and I’m hopping that all my stuff isn’t gone and can be transferred over

@LilKamz23 Can you provide more details about the email.
It could be a disabled EA account linked to your psn account or someone's else email entirely.
This is what’s popping up but that’s not my email address

If you don't recognize the email currently attached with your account, please get in contact with live support so they can investigate into this with you to help you regain access and get this email updated.

I’m still having issues it’s sending me right back here is there a way I can have someone call me or email me for help please ?

On the site, be sure you're selecting EA app as the product, then select I need help logging into my EA account and you'll then be taken to the current available contact options for live support.
@LilKamz23 You can use the link down below instead. If you don't recognize this email and it is not yours than most likely someone hacked your account at some point without your knowledge.
There should be a live chat or email option for you to use. Make sure to provide as much information and evidence to the EA advisor so that they can help you further.
