Xbox account not linked but getting error stating it is

I went to link my XBOX account to my EA account. I have never linked my account before. When I enter the code I get an error stating my account is already linked to a weird email: d6*****@disabled.ea...

Thank you for your response. Someone finally reached out to to set up a chat and my issue was resolved. Somehow, an Xbox account got linked to my EA account and the Xbox account was disabled or deleted. I have only 1 Xbox and 1 EA account so I am unsure what this was. (Suspect is my child, though) They were able to unlink the account and I was able to link my actual account, so all is now well.
