Xbox Game Pass PC sub but EA Play doesn't work

I bought an Xbox Game Pass PC subscription, which includes an EA Play subscription, I linked my ea account with my account with an xbox subscription, and when I go to the ea app, ea play doesn’t work for me, for example: they don’t give me a trial period for ea fc 24. how can I fix it
