Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not showing up in EA App
I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate so that I can download and play the games, but my subscription is not showing up in the EA App. I have cleared the cache, logged in and out many times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, and my game pass still isn't showing up. I went through the troubleshooting steps that I found in the forum and so far, nothing is working. I contacted EA support back in August regarding my issue, went through the same troubleshooting steps with the person, and later they told me it was a bug, now it October and still the same issue.
I went to try and contact someone again today and have been unsuccessful finding the live chat box, is there anyway how I can speak to someone from EA itself and not a bot so I can try to fix my issue, or I will refuse to use the app again

Have you verified that your gamertag is correctly linked up with your EA account? Please look over the connections section on your EA account to see if your gamertag is showing there.
