That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later

two days in row trying to buy eaplay pro and i cant 

my credit card is fine and i used another bank same problem 

help me plz

    Hello @RaaazSA 

    Please try the following steps to clear up this error:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    If you still have issues once you've run through these steps, we'll need the live support team to investigate into this a bit further, as we don't have access to review your account details here on the forums.     Hello, first of all i am sorry for my english, i will try my best.

    I have the same issue. I used payment method Credit Card. I found out that EA sends transacations that do not comply with the European Union Directive "PSD 2". 

    In short it is about payment security. I called to my bank support and they said this to me. Banks in EU can't do anything with this. 

    EA has to send transactions that they are in accordance with this legislation. Can anyone from EA fix it? 

    I tried to say this to someone from EA support but the only thing they said was: "that's not possible". I found many people that live in states in European Union and they have the same issue. Banks won't accept those transactions because of the EU Directive PSD 2. So people living in EU States can't pay you with Credit Card payment method. 

    Can anyone fix it please?

    So many of us have the same issue yet EA is doing nothing about it. Not only that, they just post a generic answer that doesn't hep you one bit. All that "contact live support" but it's nowhere to be found. Dint know only US people can play EA games...cause it sure feels like it
